Coral Bay / Exmouth in March

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering what everyones thoughts are of traveling to Coral Bay / Exmouth in March

Is it too hot

Is it too windy

I know this is still cyclone season and would be taking the risk of booking at this time.

I will already be up there in May / June and i might have been able to sneek up early as well.

March isn't too bad that's when gamex is held. This year was awesome everyday was calm enough to get out far offshore to fish. Also last year there was a few sketchy days but heaps of glass off days...luck of the draw

Hi Sammy, thanks for that,

I would luv to be up there for some big game offshore fishing, but it would only be for the family.

I dont think i have every been up there for a couple weeks and have low wind, glass off days, always going to bet some average ones.

yeah as Sammy85 says. March is generally decent but can be touch and go....the wind really dies off somewhere around mid April.....depending on the seasons.

book a week in march and you may get wind all week or great "oil slicks" book two weeks an you will be pretty sure to get some great days out!

march is pretty hot ave max temp of 35 +

but water temp is great that time of year as well.
if you have kids they will love it . swim all day and not get cold.
nothing beats sitting waist deep with a beer watching the sun go down.
:)
