crabs in Mandurah
has been patchy all season with the real big ones not having shown up yet, launch at Parkridge boat ramp and head southeast towards what we call the "Science Table" its a large wooden structure with nav signs on it in the middle of the estuary. The area around here has been good over the last two weeks with each trip getting the quota in around three-four pulls. Use lamb necks as bait and fish early 7ish or after 4.30pm- good luck!

Went down to Mandurah with the kids today, got 15 in a couple of hours before lunch. For some unknown reason after midday we only got undersize ones, and lots of them. I think with an earlier start we would have had no trouble getting our bag limit, but got a great feed anyway.

Went out with my brother and son on Tuesday. Went out to the same area the barron mentioned above. Boat in the water at 11:30am. Caught our limit in 1 1/2 hours. All over the size limit. Bait used - Spleen and mullies. The spleen was hit the hardest. Regularly was getting double and tripple hits per net. Great return on a great day.
