hey guys im curently looking for a job on a cray boat iv had a bit of experienc been to tafe cert 2 in fishing operations and been on a cray boat for a idea what im in for. i enjoyed it. if any one has a cray boat and needs a fit young decky or knowes someone that needs a decky pm me plezzzz or any jobs up north in the fishing industry would be great cherz guys hope some1 can help

might be a bit late as most would be sorted by now. your best bet would be to get down to the docks and go see the boats as they are getting ready for the season. offer your services for a day for free so they can see what your capable of.

mate the best bet is to be down at the marina before the boats start to leave an go an ask if youl be able to go out for the day or a week to get experience up an see if the jobs for you an jump from boat to boat. prove yourself to the skip an crew then word of mouth will get round an then put ur hand up

If you are wanting to get into the industry and work on a boat for the money then you might want to think again after the new changes that our fantastic minister has put through but if you love the ocean and love the hard work then this is the industry for you m8! i did 10 years and loved everyday i was out there rain hail or shine!

Don't know if the
skippers in Jurien Bay, Green head or Leeman are looking for deckies, they were looking last cray season, no deckies, if you want the country living.
