Hi Peter, about 10 years ago a butcher friend of mine got me a large sheet from master butchers in Canningvale, I imagine that they would still sell it, they are also a good place to get vac bags.

if u wanna spend the extra $$ HDPE is as strong as ali otherwise i just use standard 10mm PE
sheet 2.4 x 1.8 size but often they will have off cuts
UHMWPE which stands for Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene. It also it used in the mining industry to line chutes of fines due to its high abrasive resistance. May help track down a little easier.
