here is a short edit i have put together of the weekend, not really a full how to but just a rough idea on how i jig for demersals,

Youtube disables the video to
Youtube disables the video to be viewed on mobile and portable devices usually when there is music as it breaches copyright laws. The video above that ben posted should now work on mobile phones but it still doesn't work for ipads for some reason..

yep nice vid, helps a lot. I use a some what similar technique, however without the short sharp jigging part. But have very limited success!.
but on the next trip im changing over the assist hooks to the squid assists. I reckon this is a big difference

He was only using 180gram that day because average weather meant a ripping current
So on good days the jigs you have are perfect!
