digital fishing logbook?

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone on here uses a form of digital fishing logbook?
either something excel based or a programme that you can download?
More than anything I want to be able to record my catches according to date, weather conditions, time, tide, depth's, fish caught, bait or artificials ect.
I then want to be able to bring up a template showing a summary by species and what time of year we started catching them. also if it could be sorted by location it would be great.
if anyone uses something of this nature and could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

I googled the bajeezus out of this before posting this question. There appears to be a template called fishing buddy (or at least there was in the past) however I could not find a legitimate download for it anywhere on the net.
