one of the best big game
one of the best big game reels ever made,
but normally Fin Nor's are used on the 700lb and up fish!!!!
There smaller reels are in the same bracket at Tiagra's, but a lot more expensive normally than a Tiagra 30 or 50 etc..
I know they used a lot on the East coast by the boys out of Cairns.

Fishcrazy is specfically
Fishcrazy is specfically referenced the Offshore (spin) reels, they come up for discussion a few times a year. They're supposed to have a lot of drag, high capacity but lack modern niceties like infinite antireverse bearings and they're very heavy.
I think fin-nor's glory days are well behind them. Their 30lb trolling reel (SA30), is pretty close to pricing on tiagra 30 $550 v's $530US.

solid reel
but as noted very heavy. But hopefully that weight = strong as an ox reel.
They are pretty well regarded and priced competitively.

Two words to describe the
Two words to describe the Offshore reels Agricultural and Unkillable, if you want a no frills reel that's gonna stop big fish at the right price then this is it, the addition of an IAR bearing would be nice though, stop them clunking so much.
