Pies in trouble in the mid-field
If they retain the one on one trend the Eagles will destroy the Pies in the mid-field me thinks. If that happens and Eagles play 4 talls up forward then they are going to be hard to stop. Lets hope the conditions are good.

WA teams, never thought I'd say it but was excited watching the Dorkers beat the Cats brilliant. Then the mighty Eagles won as was the icing on the cakel.
We are going to show the Mexicans that the Sandgropers are coming hahahaha
Couldn't believe the baised commentary when the Dorkers were winning, it was if the commentors were willing the Cats to win.
Would love to see a Derby as the GF, would be brilliant and would have to gaffer tape old farts mouth up as he is one shocker watching the Eagles or Dorkers.

Adelaide & Eagles to win, both close games.
I think the Adelaide game will be relatively low scoring - Crows to get up by a couple of goals 70-60.
Pies to go down by a few goals, about 90 -70.

Got to agree with you there mate
As I said earlier, if the Pies try to go one on one in the mid-field and we have the 4 big fellas up front it will be very interesting to see how the pies will deal with that. At the other end of the ground Cloak will be swamped and it will be hard to see where the goals will come from. Either way the pies will be sucking in air trying to get things under control. Bring it on I say! We are not out there but we will have some great guys out there doing what is necessary. Loving the fact that Embley and Rosa will probably play. Go the BIG Q!!!!!!

Eagles defence should control pies forward line. Control cloke & dawes (if he plays) and they should win. Pie's midfield has not done much on the scoreboard for some time. think it will be a good game tho.
Same with Dockers and Crows, bloody tough one. Dockers have the form and confidence, but crows have home ground advantage.

History is massively against the Eagles and Dockers getting to the prelims but with the way things are going, both sides are reasonable chances to advance. Eagles should beat Pies but Adelaide wont be a pushover over there...doubt they will allow the Dockers to explode out of the blocks like last week.

4 weeks out of the last 5 away Freo are a 6 goal better side
than the crows even with there HGA Dockers to win and advance but end of line. We can only dream.
WC how good did they look last week hope it wasnt NM's lack of effort. To good for a confused Pies outfit.
There on ball brigade is nothing like it was earlier in the year.
Their failure to sign up Daisy quickly is hurting them now as he has lost interest.
Cant waite too see who is the unfortunate forward Taz saddles up on.
He is all class in the back line and will be another big loss to the Pies if he goes.

after last week, dawson has gained my respect. -Not an easy task holding Tomahawk to 2 marks and 2 points. I think he should have been on Tex last night personally, but hey, what can you do?
His skills are getting better, but he just needs some backup in a running contest, because, lets face it, he panics and makes mistakes.
Definitely something up with pav though..... didn't even try and keep up with his direct opponents! had me yelling at the tv on a few occasions.

Pav injured...Silvarni not up to it....2 six day brakes..out we go.
Tried hard lost by 10 points or something good effort but to much to over come.

Freo played old school Junior football. Manned up in defence and spread out wen on attack which put me in my nervous seat watching my crows Slowly losing the game. Come the 3rd quarter u could see the dockers going back to there old ways noty manin up and leaving too many men without cover. Only bad decsision i saw all night was that Sanderlands holding the ball. to me he tapped it first not pulled it out of the ruck as the ump had said. but either way i thought the umps were pretty consistent accross the board just happy for a crows win but wouldnt have minded to much if the dockers went thru as it would have made my household more pleasant to live in last night HAHAHAHA. Hawks next week see what happens there.
