1. I'd agree with dark-tailed sea perch/snapper Lutjanus lemniscatus (Lutjanidae).
2. Also agree with sevenband wrasse (Thalassoma septemfasciatum) (Male).

3 is definantly a venus tuskfish, close relative of the black spot/blue spot tuskfish and the baldchin.
