Fishing at Cleaverville info

Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone can advise. Wanting to head out to cleaverville from Karratha for a fish and possibly through a couple of dilly pots in the creek. Will be on shore no boat. Can anyone advise the best tide for that area to be able to frisby the pots in and if it's worth doing. Will then fish in between pulling them. Really would like some success this weekend if possible.
Any info will be appreciated.

Tides are not too bad this weekend, fish off the rocks for bream / jacks/ maybe even a barra or jewie. Night time would be better.

Thanks. Will watch the bities! Night time would be better but I prefer to dodge some of those bities. Has anyone thrown some crab pots in there? Is the bottom too rough to do so? Hopefully we will catch something!

Hard work getting crabs in there. Be even harder work when the nomads arrive.

I've walked the side on a in coming tide caught a few small Treva's got a good size flatty at river mouth a few guys throw drop nets from bank don't know what success they had Some fairly deep water near mouth always worth a try been some good fish pulled in. There's a few spots north of Cleaver's worth checking out. Instead of turning left to mouth turn right and use all tracks heading toward shore line good luck
