Fishing Mindarie Marina this weekend...

Hi guys, Ive just moved to the area and am gonna try Mindarie marina out this weekend, was thinking of trying some squidding sat but tonight and sunday night just to generally see whats about. Does anybody have any suggestions as to decent areas there or any tips for there in general? Cheers!

there was a nice size pink
there was a nice size pink snapper got of the outside rock wall about a month back and u can usually pick up whiting,bream,skippy bread and butter fish

At the tip of the ground toward the inside always good for gardies and herring. Use floating Bentley cage

Cool I'll try some of those places guys, thanks. Went yesterday evening it was abit too windy on the outside rock wall so started on the jetty near the scaffolded buildings on the west side of the marina, didnt have much luck so moved to the jetty on the east side of the boat, caught heaps of small bream, nothing more then about 15cm though, found squid was working well, maybe ill give it another go saturday.
