Hahaha im actually a dorkers supporter. Im just pleased that the other WA team is doing well against the odds. Being a dockers supporter yourself you must be able understand the frustration that comes with supporting the dockers, part of the territory I suppose.
They started well..... then it all came down to who could get the ball and hand it over.. been there.. seen that before. Hopefully our boys (the mighty eagles) can come up fresh and keep the momentum going. I am not getting carried away. Just believing as we need to. DAWKERS should be able to come up trumps tomorrow. If they don't then everyone will be all over them. Just the same every year.
Where was our percentage booster yesterday ? They looked lucky in the end was contemplating ripping the eagles stickers off the side of the boat if they lost to the gold coast suns (a colts team with gary ablett in it!). Oh well still enough to be on top of freo is all that matters
i wont lie i was a little worried at the way we were playing and the way the suns kept coming at us yeaterday. but Im glad we have played them now and not in a months time. the suns will win a few more this year and have laid the best foundations for a successful few years ahead of them. they are only young now but by the time they are 20 to 21 they will have about 50+ games under there belt and be hard to beat. good on them I say.
West coast will play finals this year if they keep playing the way they are and improving.Sorry my fellow freo supporters i dont think you guys will be. injuries have got yous this year and it gonna be a tight finish tbetween a few ckubs to make the 8.
They may be a colts teams but with plenty of talent. All they need to do is gell and they'll start beating more sides. At least they didn't lay down like the Dorkers and the dogs. I love the Eagles but they have to start winning away to to be taken seriously as a top eight side.
The Eagles need a pat on the back and Woosha is a legend. 6 wins to date is a great result. If they make the 8 that in itself will be a tremendous outcome. I just don't want to see them falling away. They were a tired bunch yesterday.
only got to watch the first couple of minutes at work yesterday.... played some brilliant footy early but fell in the bum as game went on i hear? The big win against the dogs and then the away trip to the pies may have sapped them abit but at least they came away with the points in the end. deffinently improvement on last yr's efforts thats for sure :)
Ilook at it the other way, the ability to hold onto the game and win it - without throwing it away, speakes volumes for how much the eagles have improved. I'm not concerened at all about the way the game plyed out - it pretty obvious that they were tired. Anyway with the benefit of hindsight, wondering how you feel about your post Freo's performance today unfortunately reminded me of thoughts I used to have about an old Tohatsu 2 stroke I had a long while ago -- A bit more choke and that would have/should have started

Considering where they have come from in such a short time
The Eagles need a pat on the back and Woosha is a legend. 6 wins to date is a great result. If they make the 8 that in itself will be a tremendous outcome. I just don't want to see them falling away. They were a tired bunch yesterday.

Sorry Dorkers, but Eagles in number 5. Where are you this year.
LMAO at all the comments the poor Eagles supporters copped last year.

I said to the missus
towards the end of the third quarter that the Dockers seemed to be looking for a way to loose. Well they found one.
