Well I reckon the Eagles did it easy yesterday a couple of niggles to a couple of the boys but nothing to be concerned about.
My big concern was Lycett in the ruck but he tore Gawn a new one. Our forward line is to be feared with both the talls and shorts firing, Lecca in great form and the back line hardly even working up a sweat and that's saying something considering yesterday's heat.
I'm glad they've got us as the underdogs put more mental pressure on the Pies. Let's hope it's a good game, there's only been one this whole finals series imo. Bring it onnnnnnnn and Goooo Eagles.

It was just a comment, I for one, couldn’t give a fat rats clacker about the result. My team is so far behind your team, there’s nothing I can do about that, just hope we can be in a similar situation in time. Yep Dale perhaps that free kick was there in rds 1 -23 however in my opinion that was the best umpired game for the season and it doesnt need to be brought up...
There were lots of 50/50 60/40 70/30 moments in the game, Vardys mark right in front that wasn't paid etc etc....
As proof of this there are usually over 40 frees paid per game and yesterday in perhaps a game where players are going in even harder there were only 30 frees paid so that proves to me the Umps actually do know what they are doing and pats on the backs for their awsome performance officiating yesterdays great game....

One thing i noticed
One thing i noticed yesterday, apart from Ryans hit on Maynard there were several opportunities that were left begging!!
Several times players had the opportunity to sit blokes on their ass for a breather but the players avoided the contact....
A sign that there "protect the man" rule changes are working?

We lost the game, but we still watched it and can still talk about it.
Most eagles fans on here are at the movies, walking their dog, having a 'surprise' birthday lunch etc when they lose and can't offer anything to the post game banter. Very convenient.
