GB

Hi Peter no special tips for GB's , you can catch them in 100m of water just they tend to be a bit smaller around the 5-10 kg mark , I have two spots ones in 101m and the other is 110m both far apart so they not specific to one area.

Ground doesnt seem to be anything special and is generally flat softish spongy coral ..

Rigs are your standard type bottom setups but lately Iv'e been using single droper rigs {ie one set of snells} and large whole neatly presented baits with good sucesss , you generally dont get as many bites or smaller fish but the bites you get are good !!!!!!!  bit of a pain to check baits or if you get picked but definatly worth it ..

I think its much better than 3 large clumps of bait lined up in a row on your standard paternoster rig ..

Hope that helps cheers fishfish..

ps if your asking about the donkey GB's out deep then thats a whole other ball game !!!!!!!!!!!

We get Pink and Yellow Eye Snappa down to 200m, so these are the pickers of the deep , as they both count to your demersal bag limit!
