mate got two gummies the other night, so we got a bit of fish to get through, anyone got any ideal,recipes ? Panfried with flour in butter and was tasty, also going to try deep fried. I am wondering about fish curry ? ?

pretty much can't go wrong with gummy mate , cubes in garlic , white wine cream and a touch of chicken stock goes well too ( just like garlic prawns )
