Finally got around to editing the footage from the recent trip to The Block with fishwrecked lads Jackalchub and Leighroy. It was an awesome two weeks heaps of shark macks, pinkies, flag and with the odd surprise. Had a few sessions on the spaniards but the taxman took all but one to Leighroy, it was a cracka capture. Enjoy!

Yep plenty of those around,
Yep plenty of those around, 1.5m to 2.5m whalers mainly but there are a few biggins aswell. Ask Jackalchub, we put out baits one night hooked onto something very large. Didnt even get one turn on the reel, completely spooled with burnt out drag washers. Was great entertainment.

If you are after sharks I
If you are after sharks I would suggest if the swell is down head to Mystery Beach, two cliffs funnel into a small 200-300m beach. Produces the deepest gutter I have seen at a beach. After dark I would think your bait would be lucky to survive 10 minutes. Gives you a chance to land it.
