Not that I would ever
Not that I would ever attempt something like that, but how would someone overcome something like that without the boat capsizing? Ease off the power? Or approach on a different angle?

First thing to do would be
First thing to do would be not to panic, keep the boat nose on to the waves and not hit the waves so fast. Just have enough momentum to just clear the wave with minimal "air time"
Timing is the other crucial factor, make sure you either meet the wave well before it peaks to break or wait where you are and let the wave break and settle a bit before riding over the white wash......oh.....and get the hell out of there as quickly and safely as possible![](http://www.fishwrecked.com/sites/all/libraries/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/msn/thumbs_up.gif)

Looks like Peaceful Bay
when I was down there. Except there was NO way I was attempting any of that! Bloody Hell!
But if in that situation I would be inclined to do as mentioned above, nose at waves, gentle on throttle and pick the right time. Then get the hull over with minimal
air time and get The Bloody Hell OUTATHERE!
