After last weekends go at it I took out the
other half for a crack at it .. luckily I have
a mrs that tunes in quite quickly . Started
off with the divers and very promptly we
had 5 snook.. went quiet ! Swapped to
the steel too bag out our herring limit!
Change out back too the little lasers
too knabb enough too set me up well
and truly too the new year for my beach
requirements.. cheers boyz !! Pirate..

bite being shallow minnows .. found a
stretch we they seemed too hang on a
dropp off . I reckon that was there spot
too ambush . And similar with the hezzas
was half a footy field they were sitting..
had too go back n forth thru em ! Dale
yeah I know one of my favourite especially
min the smoker ! But being such broke
bloke come pay day ? Serves me better as
bait than food..

Nice size Hezzas there pirate and the young fella looks stoked. Weather is looking good Sunday to get my boys out and into a few.
Pretty sure you've got the same motor as my Gilly in the DF90 and I just pop mine into gear and that's fast enough to make the minnows work without them breaking the surface. I also pop a Skinnypop Jr at that speed too which is a lot more fun as you see them smashing it on the surface.

Hard time ..
had a hard time with the herring few years
back .. with the old and proven method of
anchor burly up with pollard mixed with oil
with little bits of prawn killed it with the
gardies aswell then they disappeared???
couple bumper salmon seasons is what I
blame it on !! But they have seemed too
have recovered along with cut bag limits !
