Jigging rod help

Hi all,

 

Im looking to buy a jigging rod... and have a question have anyone used valley hill exploder, JM 3 king or shimano blue rose full gene

im considering between these 3 rods. since its around the same price in my hometown and well be going back in november...

Only used the three kings and can recommend them - the heavy ones are a serious bit of gear though, out of my strength range

So many good jigging specialist brands, not really sure I could go the shimano. Smith are great rods, the amj series are pretty long in the tooth.

i already tried them.... last time i went back to thailand i went to get like reels and rod from them but sadly they dont give any discount lol,... however their products is really good so i have no choice

thanks again for the advice... guys.. ohh btw are there any tackle store that sell valley hills rod here in perth? i know that there are store that supply JM and the blue rose...however i cant seem to find the valley hills...

You should look at the Synit deepshot range if they are in your area. Top of the range stuff them. I'm trying to get a hold of a DS100 blank to build. It's only 84 grams compared to 93 for the JM 3 kings special UL.

Yes that's true. The point was to show the quality as the JM three kings blanks are getting huge wraps and the UL and DS 100 have similar specs in terms of drag etc. If I can't source a DS100 soon I'll look at the UL.
