Don't know if you've done a search mate but this question gets answered a couple of times a year so there's plenty of info around.

Couple of my previous responses:

If you head down to warra my advise is to slap on some vaseline and get marching. Good fish all the way along that coast so fire some casts till you find a school.

If you have a 4x4 head down to the Five finger Reef, turn left onto the tracks ontop of the hill near the boat ramp.

was up there in May and seen some rippers caught from there in the arvos, dont fortget to let your tyres down

The Sand Bar?

Fri, 2012-08-03 08:53

Where exactly is this?

I will be up there in Oct Schol Hols and planning on doing a mix of LB and small boat fishing.

Will be taking up a small 4.5 runabout but don't plan on going out side of reef.  Looking at marine park info it would appear that I cannot fish inside the reef unless I motor into Batemans bay.  Is that correct?

if you go south of the ramp

if you go south of the ramp about 1 mile the sanctury ends (you will see a yellow buoy) and you can fish anywhere, as for the sand bar, head out of town about 9km, you will see a sign that says ''coastal access'' turn down there after a few klm you will come to a bit of a valley and there are 2 tracks that lead into 1 with gates, go over the dunes and you will be at the sand bar, when i was there was easy to get in/out of just would be careful driving up the beach!
