LED strip lighting

Can anyone recommend good led strip lighting? I'm looking at installing under the tunnel extrusion on newly purchased dinghy. Cheers

 Ebay. Get the silicone

Ebay. Get the silicone coated one (looks like a semi circular dome). Cheap as chips for a 6m roll and you can cut and solder to suit.

Thats what I did in my 6m centre console 2.5 years back.

Suggest perhaps getting soft white light strip and a red strip if you have the options as it is difficult to drive at night with a white glow coming from the boat.

Lol, just posted about this on a useful hack thread. I got the silicone coated 15mtr strip off ebay, had it 6 months and been holding up really well. I mounted mine under the gunnels in my tinnie but ran the strip lights through clear tube hoping this would help with logevity and being knocked around a bit.

Nice I'll give it a try. I only navigate with nav lights on at night so I'll grab the white one. Cheers
