Little bay Horrocks

Crew,
Have any of you fellas launched a decent sized boat at little bay north of Horrocks? To me the main launching place in town looks more hassle than its worth but little bay looks easy enough.
Sure its a ten minute drive but that's easily made up if you don't have a shit fight when retrieving...

Pretty tight through the tracks into little bay. I scratched up my cruiser driving into there and thought it might if been a bit soft.
I didn’t think town ramp was too bad. Always another car around to give a quick snatch if you took too long getting the boat on the trailer.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?

Cheers fellas.
First boat i saw launched here they ran into strife. I went for a cruise to little bay and the track in seemed fine. Anyway I'll weigh it up when the wind drops.

The gravel on the right side
The gravel on the right side of the ramp has been washed out by the storms making it a little tight to get bigger boats in. Most of the locals are beach launching small tinnies south of the Jetty

Yeah. I was beach launching
Yeah. I was beach launching a 14 footer in that gap south of the jetty when I was there last school holidays. Much more protected from the breeze than the main beach ramp.
Tricky if you are much bigger than that though.
