So yeah, in short it's a question when asked in perth that won't be answered seriously.
But from whispers around town and a few confirmed reports popping up, they are deffinently on the chew in perth. They can literally pop up any place at any time around perth. No one is gonna give you their sweet spot, but popular places are back of 3 mile reef, along 5 fathom bank and along the south side of rotto out to and around west end rotto. So aim for one of them, throw some lures out and then watch the horizon for birds diving and the sounder for schools of bait fish.

Yes they are there
Back of the one mile and three mile for the Macs. Tuna are anywhere between the three mile and the bank, you just have to keep your eye out.
Rotto reefs are also the go for Macs and most likely you will find tuna on the way there.
The Macs are hard work so be great to see the pictures if you land one.
