mobile marine mechanic ?!?

A mate @ work has asked me if i know of a mobile marin e mechanic that does pre-purchase inspections / reports..
Not the whole vessel overall , just the outboard !
I thought i'd put the question out here ??
can anyone recommend someone? any help would be greatly appreciated !!!
