have ti agree with jimbo i have run meney chat sites on msn and on other servers and find that when you get to meny ppl with there finger i the pie theres problems
its easy, you let andy mac be the senior moderator... with rights to promote people to moderator status... and then you have a bunch of people who only have moderating rights that can delete threads and posts....
however the senior moderator is the only one who can do the banning of certain nicknames etc or even blocking of certain IP addresses.
have like 2 seniors and a bunch of normal moderators and then andy mac doesnt have to delete 150 posts before a derby again, cos the other moderators would have done it and all he has to do is remove the person and ban the IP :)
All members have the duty to keep an eye out for any of this shit going on.......it doent mean that you have to do anymore than usal but its good if some of us who have been on the site for a while and know most people cant give either Andy or Adam( as hes clearly not around much!) a call asap, or ring some of us who have there number. Im sure as Ryan/oceansides number is on the site he or his staff with a quick phone call cant get hold of the admin boys or something like that. Just makes for a better site with great members looking out for each other. Cheers but this is only my opinion.
