the rivers definately healthy this year, gettign heaps of decent sized choppers compared to the years previous where ive been getting low 30's these are majority 40+ .point walter to canning bridge.
all fish caught on rapala huskyjerk -hj10 in silver. seems to be dynamite for tailor

Good shit mate, did you get those LB? Just a query, even tho the tailor dont cook up well after being frozen, they still would make a good bait if iced and frozen immedietly aye? I was thinkn of keepin a few for mulla and crab baits, anyone used them after being frozen as a fillet bait for mulla with success?

caught trolling
dont freeze whole. fillet . dip in salt water. cling wrap. freeze. dont thaw 100% then fry up. all good. smoked tailor are great aswell.. i just dip fillets in flour curry chilli powder salt pepper mix and pan fry. eat with a bit of japanese mayo or whole egg mayo. lovely
