morning or arvo?

Hey guys, going for a fish this Wednesday, not sure to go morning or afternoon, I would like to fish off the beach, so any sugestions would be much appreciated.

serious question, I don't know much about fishing, I usally just go for fun but I would like to better my chances of catching a nice fish
