Murray River Marron

How far up the Murray river do you have to go to catch Marron? Passed Pinjarra or in-between Ravenswood and Pinjarra?

I could be wrong but pretty sure it's past Pinjarra. You're still in Black Bream water at Pinjarra I think and I reckon they'd enjoy a feed of juvenile marron so wouldn't imagine the 2 coexisting too well. I've always gone deep into the forest past Dwellingup

Yeah what sunshine said. I honestly don't know what the river's like between Pinjarra and Dwellingup. Pretty sure Scarp Pool would hold marron, which is on the Pinjarra side of Dwellingup so that could be a good place to start. I found a likely spot about 45 mins drive past the Lane Poole area past where the conveyor crosses the road. If you head that far up, it'll be a bit further away from the crowds. There's heaps of camping spots up there too and even if you catch nothing, its just a nice place to be
