Went downsouth fishing
Got no trout So went to goldenponds on the way home got trout there, And told the guys on here we got them in a dam south

Owners taught me the trick to
Owners taught me the trick to it...
get a handful of the pellets they feed them, and thow it out and throw an unweighted hook with a pellet on it amongst them.
Fish on everytime.
They go into feeding mode on the pellets out of routine. Rarely touch anything else, had same problem as you until that.

Terrible place to fish was good 4 years ago with decent size barra on lures and soft placcys some getting up to 2 kilo now a days it's gone to pot lucky to get one this size !!!!!

yer the barra where only small ,the trout fishing is not to bad there at this time of the year ,an ya can still get sum big silver perch there in the back pond i seen a 5 kg one get landed was fater than a foot ball

Back pond ?? Not the one behind the shop is it ??ended up fishing there after all the other ponds not even a bite in anyof then got 5 or 6 small rainbows . They let the place go to shit IMO
