My last 2 trips...

Here are some pics of my last 2 trips off the coast of Dongara trips were weekend before last and yesterday, I've been wanting to jig some plastics on some new ground I found 25kms south of town a few months back, the ground is in about 17 - 28m of water. I finally got the chance and these are the results, all fish were caught on a variety of SP's and all but a couple were realeased I'm hanging to get back out there again this weekend. Oh and if any one knows what the fish is in last 2 pics please let me know I have never seen or caught one before cheers.

Looks like tow pretty sucessful trips out. What rod is that you've got loaded up in between the two soft plastic dhuies?
Fish is a western blue devil. Looks like a greedy guts based on the size of that grub.

Yer a couple of awesome trips looking forward to my week off next week I'll be out there as much as possible, hopefully the weather plays the game. An the good news is my boats not that much bigger than yours Hlokk.
The rod is a Daiwa Saltist Bay Rubber PE 3 one crazy rod love it and it loads up nicely.
Thanks mate I thought it might be Western Blue Devil but I wasn't too sure cheers for clearing that up, he must of been hungry he took a 6 inch grub lol.

Great work twitchemup, More quality fish on plastics from the shallows. Agree with u about the daiwa saltist bay rubber rod too, i got the OH version and is lovely to fish with!
