New Forum - Everything Jigging

Seeing as we have quite a few jigging members I have decided to open a new forum called: Everything Jigging. Which incorporates Jigging questions, reviews, reports and any discussion that you want to have on the subject. I figure with the upcoming samsonfish season this should be a pretty hot forum area for the Perth locals and with so many international visitors into the exciting technique - I figure it could be a great place to talk it up, so lets put it to good use. :) I will move existing forum topics on the subject into this area as well for reference.

what time of year
whens the besat time to start heading out to the wrecks etc to jigg, i have only been jiggin once and thatwa last year. kept seeing this boat called fishwrecked coming to perv on my f$$k buddie lol

Jigging
Think it generally starts November for the big numbers to be about, theyre still out there now, just gotta search harder to find them. Well, when you see a 45ft+ boat with a hot chick on the back then you look once or twice.... heheheh.. We were wondering why this monster boat was having to back up on a tiny little sambo, maybe I should put the rest of the footage up! :))) We thought we had it good, few coldies on ice, heap of fish underneath us and something to look at to boot. :)

better position
i had it better loads of coldies, spare cloths, a shower, a girl on board, and i got to drive weapon.
can you pm me the spot that we fished that day ron is away in broome still fishing the lucky bugger, i have been meaning to get the spot off him for a while now.

Actually there's no best
Actually there's no best time to head out there to jig. For sambos, yeah Oct thru to March but the rest of the year still good for other stuff like mulloway, dhuies, snapper, amberjack and plenty more. Just have to vary your jigs and retrieve abit.
Hey Streetfighter, when U going out next? I'll show you how to catch some fish with a bit of lead and fancy eggbeater. Oh I might have a rod to sell off as well. Interested??

heading out
rewireing the boat this weekend think weekend after going to cockburn to chase a few pinkies and mulloway, ill keep ya posted for a out wide trip which will probley be in next couple of weeks.
