new speed cameras

Just a heads up for those who tend to put their foot down a bit. There are now new speed cameras that are mounted on top of white Ford Explorer's or the Territory one of the 2 with no markings on them . These cameras are able to take the speed of several cars at the same time as well as from both directions. They might park these cars on the medium strip or on the side of the road. dont be fooled thinking that its a broken down vehicle.

Thanks for the info. Once I
Thanks for the info. Once I tried to count, how often I check my speedo. About once every 5 second. Just to check if I am not doing few kms over. They went through this in England some time ago. People more watching their speedo and looking for cameras than paying true attention to driving and consequently crashing more. So now we have to through that…

I'll keep a eye out
but don't speed, have seen a white 4x4 on the side of the road, especially on north lake road, but always remember to take the foot of the accelorator going down a hill, they always seem to have speed traps at the bottom.,
