Hello this might be a silly question but I was night fishing on the beach at the weekend and I noticed quite a few of the other anglers had what seemed to be neon floats I was just wondering how useful these are and how to rig them I normally have a light stick attached to the top of my rod when night fishing but I am interested in using this floats cheers for your help.

You can attach a light stick
to your float or just above it. It's a good way of knowing where your bait is and where you are at on the retrieve. It's very simple and effective.

They are just glow sticks.
They are just glow sticks. You can attach them anywhere towards the end of your line (float, swivel, trace) using a little piece of tubing that is supplied with the glow sticks. I have good results attaching them to the shank of the top hook in a gang when baitcasting. If you go ballooning at night, put one inside the balloon before you tie it off so that you can see it in the dark.
