I've had a lot of crays this
I've had a lot of crays this season, I just don't seem to get sick of them ;)
Actually there were 4 fillets that came up with these guys, just we were too fast with the knife. Just a Blue Snapper and a BA.

In the northern hemisphere
In the northern hemisphere they have chesnuts roasting on an open fire for christmas, I certainly prefer the west aussie way of crays grilling on an open barbie :D
