Does everyone get a reality check at 30 or need a sports car ?
When ur 21 it felt like ages till ur 30 but holy testicles that's quick next the big 40

Im coming up to the 4th aniversary of my 30th - You have actually got me thinking - here are some of the things that have changed for me in 4 years......
Ive got more grey hairs than the old man, I fall asleep infront of the TV at 830pm, JJJ is starting to get a bit too racey, 720am country (702 in Perth) is worth a listen, parent helper at school (Millars Well PS, the same one I went to 22 years ago) for one of my 3 daughters isnt bad at all, struggle through the 4th day of a fishing comp, drink Hahn Supers.......3.5%, Discovery channel isnt that bad, neither is ABC 24 news channel, start appreciating the furnishings in mates houses, leave the pub/party because you are close to the limit to drive, neighbours music is nearly too loud, BUT, no ones car is too fast or loud........yet!

I hit 30 last year but I'm a little confused - I still listen to jjj but listen to a fair bit of 882 as well??? Think I'm trying to hold on to my youth but to be honest, I lost that when I got tied down with a mortgage, a wife and two kids. Just think though - Every year that goes by brings you closer to retirement which means more time for fishing!!!

Hey! I'm the shy end of 50!, have been seeing a girl the shy end of 30! Still listen to JJJ, but also can listen to talk back radio. Went to Soundwave last year and metallica and yes Helen I saw you there at the Saturday concert but didn't say anything, great concert i must say. What is age? Hey! with so much stuff happening in this world I think age is irrelevant! As much as you need to think about your future you also need to enjoy yourself along the way and not get stuck in the oldies rut like so many do. My son is 22 and plays lead guitar and I encourage him to blast his music out everyday, he has a mate who enjoys the same music as he does and he is in his late 50's. I love fishing and my friends range from late teens to all ages. I will never get stuck in the age rut like so many do! You just need to take your blinkers off and think outside the square all the time, mmmm a little like the 1%ers on this site that catch all the fish I guess.
