Patagonian tooth fish - again

I'm not sure that I have heard it right but on the radio ABC news there was a story that the Australian fisheries (I think it was) chased a boat the was fishing in the Australian Antarctic fishing zone illegally catching Patagonian tooth fish and the Australian authorities chased the boat all the way up to Christmas island before nabbing them.
If so that's one hell of a chase, did anyone else hear the story or was in on any of the TV news.

I got a few facts wrong like Christmas Island instead of Cocos.
Nobody seems to have the guts to grab the bad guys any more, grab them on the high seas tow um back to freo and put them on trial if convicted sink the bloody boat (it doesn't look like it would be missed though) chuck the skipper in the slammer for a few years no one is going to make a song and dance about it like the Bali two.
