Perth Metro Rocks

Target species was my first decent Snapper in Perth Metro waters. Pulled a scalie behind the boat whilst being pushed by a stiff Easterly over Seaward reef on Five Fathom Bank and managed a Dhuie of 51cm. Anchored on the seaward side and caught a number of species including Skippy, Sambo, Baldie and the ever present Wrasse.
Spent the early evening on Sulpher Rock in the Sound and caught my largest Mulloway on a small Snook block bait on light tackle. Great fight but even greater elation! Ended up with 14 species of fish.

Awesome day mate. Even
Awesome day mate. Even without your pinkie! Coming from the fresh water of the eastern states if I ever witnessed 14 species in a sesh I think I would mess myself. :pW

some great fishing there!
what did you catch the gummy on?
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.
