Petrol at mid west marinas
Submitted by Camo.W on Thu, 2022-07-21 14:38
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows if you can get petrol at any of the midwest Marinas? Leeman, Lancelin, Jurien etc.
Looking at what I've found online they only have Diesal facilities through Baileys Marine fuels.
Don't want to get a bladder if I don't have to
Cheers, Tight lines.

I think that's the best bet.
I think that's the best bet. Boat is unleaded though. I'm thinking we might be about to organise a truck or something? otherwise a fuel bladder to get the extra distance needed.
cheers

Petrol at Jurien
There's no petrol bowsers on the water at Jurien but I know in the past it's been possible to arrange petrol drums or a truck to be available maybe at the fuel jetty or the boat ramp jetty.

None that I know of in
None that I know of in Geraldton, but you'd be paying much more as well.
Technically refueling in the water from drums etc is not allowed if there is a facility available but I reckon they just keep it in the back pocket in case you spill then wave it at you.
We refuel the tugs from trucks there as the bowsers are way too slow and thy dont have the fittings or all tide access
