Phone calls to machines

I know this is not fishing related but i am annoyed right now.
Just got off the damn phone to centrelink which is now automated and you speak to a damn machine. had to go through the shite 5 times. they kept putting me through to a service operator because they couldnt understand what i was saying.of cause at 7pm there is no one there. what a waste of time let alone the 5 calls i had to make till they got it right. '
Anyone else get pissed off with this stuff. i hate it.

I had to deal with their automated system today to. 40mins on hold just to get cut off. Wasn't real happy. Thier online stuff is pretty useless as well, half the time you can't do what you want to on there & the other half the time the bloody system is down. Don't get me started on the licensing department.

Not sure there are actually
Not sure there are actually any "real people" working at centrelink, I thought they were all dummies. How else are they going to write off all those millions of dollars? Renovate the centrelink office every 2 months? Oh, sorry, they already do that. Nah, your right, customer service is a thing of the past these days. I've actually had centrelink tell me that they don't even want people coming into the office, that's what the online system was created for. I like good old fashioned customer service & i like to be able to look at what I buy first hand, that's why i don't order anything off the internet, even though it would save me some good $$ at times.

Yeah the iinet system works
Yeah the iinet system works pretty well. They actually call you back at the time they say they will to, that is if you don't get an answer the first time you call them, which I usually do. Been with iinet for about 3yrs now & always had excellent service from them.

I was told about this a few years ago and it works most of the time straight though to operator.have to hit it about 15 times though.
There are two types of people ,do'ers and watchers
Right now the do'ers are the doing it
And the watchers are watching us do it
