PONDERING
When the wind is up and the skin is dry
A lot of frustration and tears in the eye
We want to get out on the water
As rough as it is i dont think we aughta
While we sit back and do a bit of reminissing
All we want to do is go out and get fishing
When we sit there staring at the screen
We all could just stand up and scream
The day is warm but blowing a gale
The weather gods have decided to bail
As all our rigs are getting made
Our chance of fishing have begun to fade
When we get up early in the morning
All we see is that dreaded warning
We are looking up at the branches bent
Wondering when is that wind going to lent
Am i going mad as i think i might
Thank ged we have our fishing site

That poem is excellent, just fits in with the 27days we spent in Leeman, only got out twice for 3hrs each day and thank god we got some dhuiefish and I caught a 1.5 meter Tiger Shark, released, 3 juveniles, two released and unfortunately one died so in two days with two people on board seven dhuiefish (two released, one died) one western fox fish and one tiger shark. Then home as the southerlies came in, fish cleaned and in freezer by 1.30pm each of the two days.
