Well done pirate.
I’m surprised you got any squid at all with how dirty the water has been.
Bodie and I went out Sunday for just a few hours to give his boat a run prior to an up and coming exy trip. The water was that dirty that you could barely see just a couple of metres down from the surface!

That Tandaco S&P mix is good.
We use it on fish as well. For the ultimate, IMO, 20 minutes in kiwi fruit for the squid, then the S&P mix. Sweet AND tender. Since discovering kiwi fruit--and believe me, I've tried everything else--I now actually regard squid as genuinely edible, rather than simply as very good sailfish bait
Flame on.

nice... will have to try that
nice... will have to try that next time I get some squid...
went form hillarys on weekend and water was also dirty..
funnily enough my pots had also learned to walk about 100m....were both empty and had bait holders open and flapping in the water, one partly snapped in middle.....
wonder how that happens.... >:/
