Every inch in pitch should
Every inch in pitch should equal about 200rpm as a rough guide. Going from 17pitch to 19 pitch should drop the RPMs by about 400.

Didnt you even read the other thread you posted? http://www.fishwrecked.com/forum/prop-sizes
Pretty piss poor form when people take the time to reply and you cant even be bothered reading or replying thanks for the help to basically post the same question 9 days later? Also you whinge about paying $680 for a service, why not ask these questions from the people you paid your money to?

Holeshot
Let us know how you go. Besides the 200rpm drop per inch pitch gained you also reduce your holeshot which could have an effect on your powerhead.
My 90hp (although pushing an 18ft fibreglass) is running a 16p, I am thinking of a 17p to drop 200 rpm but I know i will lose holeshot. I'm currently getting 29knots WOT.
I am keen to know what you gain or lose?
