The right sounder

hey guys, i have a 13 foot Savage Dinghy that i use for a lot of my estuary and river fishing, and occasionally lightish bottom fishing around exmouth. Unfortunatly i do not have a sounder for it. Just wondering if anyone has any recomendations on a cheapish (around the $150 mark) sounder that will do the job,

If you want color for that price probably something like:
lowrance elite 4x - $200
Garmin300 about $250
Hummingbird Pirhana max - $300
All will do the shallow water stuff you need or wait and look for a second hand one!

Go the Lowerance 4X
Just fitted one to the kayak and very pleased. So glad I didn't put the black and white on.
Just get the biggest screen you can for the money you can spend.
