Sashimi Tuna

Been thinking this And Simon's YFT crossed off his bucket list had me thinking the question again.
Which tuna would you sashimi, and then how do you rate them.
I have never bothered with mack tuna, but some like it, and my fav is YFT.

SBT all the way, although
SBT all the way, although won't knock YFT either.
Will pass on longtail, mack etc though, they smell a bit fishy for me.

dogtooth, even though it's not a real tuna beats SBT and YFT I reckon. The best 3 raw fish I've eaten are dogtooth, bluefin trevally and coral trout.
