i was talking to the fisheries a few years ago while we were setting up to do a live on the boat trip for 5 days and they
were quizzing us on the rules to see if we new what we were doing, i asked them how they know how long people have been out
for and they said they have the ramp on camera and can go back and check when you launched an retrieved. it`s not
as good as a physical presence but it all helps to try and catch those doing the wrong thing
