Sharing boat catch
It makes you wonder how serious fisheries are about reducing demersal mortalities, 4 years on and they have yet to legislate sharing of catches either lobster or fin fish. Now we have a new minister, makes you wonder are the enforcement officers still taking an educative approach? "This streamlining of the rules will require changes to regulations, but in the interim Fisheries and Marine officers will take an educative approach and work with the recreational fishing community in the spirit of my approval to draft the new regulations." www.mediastatements.wa.gov.au/Pages/McGowan/2018/01/Sharing-recreational-bag-limits-on-boats-it-just-makes-sense.aspx#:~:text=Comments%20attributed%20to%20Fisheries%20Minister,bag%20limit%20is%20not%20exceeded.

I mean, everyone just does
I mean, everyone just does this anyway - regardless if the legislation is in place or not. Doesn't really change much.

Unless you are being
Unless you are being observed by enforcement officers. They often use hi power optics or drones these days.

Unless they can see through
Unless they can see through the gunnel of the boat, I recon it'll be OK

They covered crays
Pretty good now days. It’s not fisheries officers who make rules . They just manage them( or twist them) . If they loose . They keep coming . Endless funds . Everything you get is a guide. ( only a guide). A heap of fishing rules and regs can be taken many many ways .
