I gave my Stradic an oil and grease and must not have screwed the handle cap back on as tightly as i should have
After returning from a fishing session on Sunday, I noticed that the cap and an o ring were missing. So looked at the parts list that comes in the box (lucky i keep these things),
Monday morning I called shimano, gave the guy the part numbers and my CC numbers and ordered them
I got the parts Wednesday - and I have re-fitted them to the reel
Bloody Impressive I say - Thank You Shimano

Lucky it wasn't a Daiwa reel.
Lucky it wasn't a Daiwa reel. Would have taken a month for the parts to arrive. I used to fish exclusively with Daiwa reels, but am slowly changing over to Shimano after some horrendous dealings with Daiwa.

Shimano have been good for
Shimano have been good for as long as I can remember, always serviced to what I ask, price good and service top notch. I have lots of their gear for a reason.

I've had good and bad
I've had good and bad experiences for both however shimano does charge more to the average bloke.
