Hi ! Chasing a Solar trickle charger for my boat batteries. Had a look in a few shops today, all the leads coming from them are only 2 meters long and i need around 3m. I keep my boat in a shed, and want to put the panels on top of the roof. Someone here must have this set up, if so can you give me price.. brand.. where you brought it from. Thanks

if you don't have any luck finding longer ones
you could cut and extend the leads to suit ??? or if your not confident soldering etc an auto elect would probably do it for sfa

voltage drop
There will be negligable voltage drop, use the same thickness cable that you have now
as said if you are not confident go to local auto lecy and have him remove existing clamps and add extra cable and re-attach clamps
should set you back no more than $30
