Anyone getting any SBT at the moment? Heading out from Hillarys on Saturday to try to get a few.

I have tried a few times
I have tried a few times behind three mile but no luck recently. No bait balls spotted on Tuesday mid morning when I was checking the pots and cruising around. No crays either :(
My boss takes his big boat out the back of Rotto and is usually successful, I just haven't seen them in close.

Thanks mate. I'm not
Thanks mate. I'm not confident of finding them in close yet either. By late summer and into autumn we've found them not far behind the 3 mile in as little as 10m of water. They get to a decent size by then too - around 4kg. Good eating too!
