Spin reel n rod

Hi
I am looking at getting the Daiwa Emcast Plus reel, does anyone know about it whether its good and bad or if theres anything else.
Also i need a rod to go with it, looking about 6ft and a line capacity 16-37kg preferabley around $100 or a bit over but not fussy. Would like to use it casting lures and drift baiting.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks

If you're gonna be running

If you're gonna be running lines over 15kg I suggest you look at something alot stronger otherwise you dont need anything more than 30lb for lure casting and drift baiting. They're not a bad reel but its not really built for boat use. I suggest you look at the Opus Bull which also has spare spool but only 3 bearings which are top quality sealed bearings.

I have a Daiwa Emblem Pro which is a great reel.  Have you considered one of those?
